I love Reflector and the BAML disassembler. It let’s you do things like crack open the Acropolis assemblies and see what other goodies are there but not readily exposed (or documented). For example, Acropolis ships with several application themes. If you create an Acropolis application and edit the Theme attribute of your AcropolisApplication definition to one of the following strings you will get to see the effects when you run the application. The hidden themes include:

  1. Microsoft Acropolis Sepia Theme
  2. Windows Classic Theme
  3. Windows Vista Theme
  4. Windows XP Theme

I like the Acropolis Sepia Theme because it creates a border-less Window with its own custom chrome.

AcropolisSepia

Can anyone say custom Acropolis Theme?
